Megan Kellin
Owner
Megan Kellin is the founder of Lake and Company, a media and lifestyle brand rooted in lake culture, hospitality, and the art of living well. She’s built her career at the intersection of storytelling, design, and business—always with a focus on celebrating the people and places that quietly power local economies. With a background in hospitality and a deep love for small business, Megan is especially inspired by the ripple effect of thoughtful entrepreneurship and the scale of what happens when community and commerce meet. Lake and Co reflects that spirit—elevated, grounded, and always rooted in real life. When she’s not working, you’ll find her somewhere outside with her three children and two dogs, chasing an epic day, good ideas, and the next great story.
Jessie Steigauf
Creative Director
Inspired by the outdoors and driven by curiosity, Jessie brings creativity and heart to everything she does. As Creative Director of Lake and Company, she oversees the magazine’s creative direction and visual storytelling. When she’s not designing or dreaming up new ideas, Jessie loves spending time at her family’s cabin north of Grand Rapids. She also enjoys painting, kayaking, four-wheeling, and adventuring with her husband and two sons. Family, nature, and creativity are at the heart of everything she does.
